Sometimes the best approach is to simply take your hands (or your mind or your comments or your involvement) off of the controls and just let the situation continue it's natural course and usually it will somehow right itself to normal, stable level flight. Or... sometimes it won't. And we have to learn to be okay with that.

Wishes
When David, my son, was about 4, he began telling us about his dreams. We had never discussed dreams with him simply because it just hadn't come up yet. But we had talked about wishes. Wishes were things that hadn't really happened yet, but they might. Wishes could be good or bad; but usually they … Continue reading Wishes
Options – Life Options
Options. aka Choices. We face them every day. Options of speech, options of behavior, options of fast food places, and options of attitude. I’ve been learning about other options lately. Options in the stock market. Kind of a hobby of mine. Here’s that I’ve learned so far. Options are risky. Options are unpredictable. Options can … Continue reading Options – Life Options

I've been hearing a lot about the Numis Network lately. There's a lot of talk about this one-of-a-kind Network Marketing company. It certainly is unique in that it's the only one, at least to my knowledge, that sells numismatic coins. I also hear lots of 'slogans' -- "Autoship that increases your net worth." and "Why … Continue reading Is Numis Network A Scam – Some Hard Questions
Rage, Rage
We've all heard the phrase, "Road Rage" -- That 20th century phenomenon of rude, risky, violent behavior on the road. It's infancy, best as I can remember, was in Los Angeles, CA in the late 80's when people started getting shot by other motorists on southern California freeways. Everybody blamed everybody else because of some … Continue reading Rage, Rage

The Last Time…
Just as there is a first time for everything, so there is a last time for everything as well. We're usually very aware of the first times. -- First time to Disneyland, first time to drive, first night with your new baby in the house. But what about those last times. How about the last time you saw your friend who has since passed away? Or what about the last time you threw the ball with your dog? How about the last time you read one of your kids a story?
What can we learn from this "Last Time Thinking"? How can it change our lives today?
